Option 2: Set up an online ordering account through our website. First, complete and submit the online “Quote Request” through our website. Your information will be gathered and your account will then be set-up.
After your account is setup, you will be sent a username and password for your own personal “Client Login” page. All your toner cartridges will be customized for your account and appear after you log in. To submit an order, you will select the desired quantity of each item and submit the order. You will then receive a confirmation email and tracking number for your order.
It depends where your business is located. Please see the toner distribution map on the “About Us” page for shipping details for your specific location. Generally speaking, it takes 1-3 days. Our products are all guaranteed to perform at OEM standards. If you happened to have a defective toner cartridge, we will be happy to replace the product or offer a full money back refund. Furthermore, will cover the return shipping costs of the product as well. Please call us at 1-877-TONER4U (877-866-3748) or email us at CustomerService@TonerShark.com if you should run into a product warrant issue.
Most of our clients provide us with a credit card at the time of purchase to pay for the product. We accept all major credit cards. Many of our clients keep a secure billing card on file with us to automatically bill when placing future orders. To set up automatic credit card payment processing, please request a credit card authorization form by emailing CustomerService@TonerShark.com. For larger accounts, you can submit a credit application and request billable terms.
Please email CustomerService@TonerShark.com and provide them with your machines Make/Model number (Toner Cartridge number if you have it) and we will add it to your customer profile.
